Warranty Policy
Junction Computer Services provide full hardware warranty on any item purchased. All parts purchased from Junction Computer Services are sold with the full manufacturer’s warranty.

Junction Computer Services provide onsite warranty for all purchases to the following linked POSTCODES. All other areas that are not defined in the postcodes below are required to ship items via Australia Post back to Junction Computer Services.

Warranty does not include restoration of personal data , software applications, re-connection of peripheral devices or settings. It is the customer’s responsibility to backup such data. Junction Computer Services is not responsible for data loss however caused.

For consumers, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Certain manufactures provide direct warranty servicing to the customer. In these instances Junction Computer Services will offer you the option of dealing with the manufacturer directly or Junction Computer Services.

A service fee will apply for all non warranty work performed by Junction Computer Services. Junction Computer Services will also pass on any costs to the customer charged by the manufacturer or their repair agent if no fault is found with the product or the product has been damaged due to misuse, negligent use or abnormal use.

Refund Policy
As a consumer, you are legally entitled to a refund, exchange or repair from the place of purchase if the goods you purchase:

Have a fault you did not know about when you bought it
Is not the same as the seller or advertisement described
Does not do the job you were led to believe it would
Does not match the sample
Does not last a reasonable amount of time, given the price you paid.
If you receive a service that is not of a standard that a reasonable person would expect, you are entitled to a refund or free repeat service.

If you partially use or benefit from the goods or service before a fault or problem develops, the trader can negotiate with you for a partial refund or other compensation.

You are not entitled to a refund from the place of purchase if you:

Cannot prove you purchased the item (for example, by using a receipt or bank statement that shows the purchase) from the store.
Realise you can’t afford the goods.
Change your mind about the goods, such as choosing the wrong size or finding the item cheaper elsewhere
Insisted that the trader do the service despite their warning that it may not meet your needs.
Took action that voided or damaged the outcomes produced by the service.
Have damaged the goods you bought.
Knew (or should have known) about a fault when you bought the goods.
Junction Computer Services may offer refunds in some of these circumstances as a sign of goodwill, though the law does not require it to do so.

Refund Methods
Junction Computer Services will typically refund in the same way that you paid. If this is not the case Junction Computer Services will refund in a mutually agreed way that serves both parties.

Junction Computer Services may offer replacement items, exchanges or credit notes instead of a refund. If the customer is legally entitled to a refund then it is at the customer’s discretion to decline the replacement, exchange or credit note in favour of a refund. Refunds may be offered by cash, electronic reversal or electronic funds transfer.

If Junction Computer Services offers a refund or exchange out of goodwill (when you are not legally entitled to a refund), they may place conditions on the refund or exchange, such as a restocking fee.
